How long does made-to-order take?
Most pieces leave our atelier within 2–3 weeks, engraved pieces up to 4. We email tracking the moment it ships.
What is the returns policy?
Unworn pieces in original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Made-to-order engraved pieces are final sale unless faulty.

Yes. Every order ships fully insured and signature required, so it never goes missing quietly.
